Define the scope, deliverables, and milestones before work begins.

Tip: Complete this with the client during your kickoff call. Alignment on scope now prevents scope creep later.

Deliverables

Scope creep prevention: Being explicit about what is out of scope is just as important as defining what is in scope. When a client requests something outside this list, refer back to this section before agreeing to additional work.

Feedback Guidelines
